Use Printer Setup to specify the printer you want to use or
make changes to printer settings.
Steps
Choose Printer Setup from the File menu
or
In the Print dialog box choose Setup.
Select the Windows Default Printer or one of the listed
Specific Printers.
or
Choose Options to display the printer’s Options dialog.
Note: Selecting a paper type and orientation has no effect since paper settings
are saved with each document and specified in the Paper Size dialog box.
