Text appearance in EW Notator is based on styles. There are two types of text
styles:
paragraph styles
and
character styles.
Depending on the text location (staff, text box, cell etc.), applying a paragraph
or a character style has different effects. For details, see Text
Basics.
Use Edit Text Style to change a text style in your document. A text style may
be associated with a number of text items in your document. Changing a text
style means, that your changes will be automatically applied to all text items
associated with this specific style.
A paragraph style defines properties for font face, style and size, paragraph
alignment and direction, indents and spacing and tab stops. A character style
defines only the properties for font face, style and size.
