Insert Menu

Purpose

Use the Insert menu to insert various elements like pages, staffs, columns, text etc. into your document.

Note: To insert symbols into your document, use the Compound Symbols bar, the User Symbols bar or the Simple Symbols window.

Steps

1. Choose Insert on the menu bar.
2. Choose one of the following options:
   • Staff
   • Columns
   • New Page
   • Manual Breaks
   • Bar Line
   • Insert Bow
   • Text
   • Numbering
   • Fields
   • Box
   • Object
